PROXIES: I received mine from Fidelity today. On the proxy form, it says: As an alternative to completing this form, you may enter your vote instruction by telephone at 1-800-603-2119, or via the internet at www.proxyvote.com and follow the simple instructions." Your proxy contains a 12 digit control number, and that's all you will need to vote in this manner.
A lot of folks who frequent the chatroom received their proxies today, and many still have not. For those who have not received their proxies, in accordance with the language above, imo, everyone should receive them in plenty time to vote.
