Thanks, See, that's nice to hear on a day when (so far) nothing seems to be going right, LOL. I said yesterday that I think one of the basic requirements for being a real estate agent should be that before they are licensed they have to buy and sell their own home at least once, LOL. I had no idea how much stress my clients were under when I sold their homes. I have these visions of myself not getting everything done, not finding a new place to live, and ending up homeless, perched mournfully on the curb in front of my X-home surrounded by my furniture and possessions as the new people smile, wave and move in.
These are the times when it is no fun bearing the weight all on one's own, so I've called all my friends to come over and help in exchange for beer and pizza. That should cheer me up!
