okay, Jas, go-kite and bertha,

it is still the case that of the TCG can't convince the gov to preotect data, Is my letter going to make a difference.

Its desperate either way, but gokite is correc tin saying that his statemtns were TCG statements and not Wave statements.

To me it doesn't matter, I think Q4 sealed this investement's fate. Its a bargain t.o. and there is nothing close to enough shareholdres that will stand in the way of say a 5 buck tender.
