2,007,617 shares of insider buying,

since 6-20-2005 over 2 million shares, highest price of .28, and not one share sold. why are they insiders buying and holding? I can only think of one reason. price is going to go up and up. they must know something more then those outside of the company selling. last buy was on 2-02-2007 566,667 shares.
