SPIN: You still don't get the royalties-from-licensing issue.

When you write "just pay the TCG dues & the royalties & you get access to the relevant IP," does it even occur to you that the entity to whom you "just pay ... the royalties" is Wave or its successor-in-interest? I don't think it does, or else you couldn't discount to zero the value of Wave's IP.
