I agree that the financing being closed and announced after the CC is a bit strange, but the last financing was before the CC. Could there have been delays to prevent it from colsing prior to the CC? No offense, but, if you are so resourceful and brilliant as you claim, surely you can afford a $300 plane ticket to attend the SHM and discuss your issues face-to-face with Wave management? Please do so. Decide for yourself your next move. We all don't need to be dealing with your extroverted mental "being SPIN Malcovich" movie of constant debating and bickering with yourself, do we? I mean, enough is enough already.

Maybe I should "pony up" and send this as a PM and not clutter the board with stupid responses like this.
