I think it is a great deal for Wave, any of these OEM deals are awesome. What wave needs is an excellent sales group with the proper messaging to get the Enterprise to purchase. That is where the real money lies. Also, they need to have rate integrity. The Encryption guys like Safeboot, PointSec have great rate integrity they will get 75 to 80 on a 1000 seat opportunity.

You can't bank on these Manufactures to close business for you, all they can do is open the door.
