I met with Mr. Fuller the CEO of MacAfee at the RSA show. It was very interesating to hear his take on the market and how they see themselves growing in this market. The good thing is that they usually buy compnaies to assist in their growth.

As for Phoenix, they we partners of IdentiPHI for sometime, but had a ton of turnover from the CEO down.

The interesting thing about IPHI is that they have a strong core product that is all moduler, thus they can add WinMagic, Certicom's "Suite B" Elliptic Curve Cryptography, Utimaco, Intercedes myID CMS, Infineon, Phoenix and numerous other Cards, tokens and biometrics. It is 100% interoperable. That is what the Enterprises are looking for.
