The shorts would have a field day with an infringement suit against nok-take away any chance of 3g revenues from the top gun for 2-3 years and everyone else backing off till that is settled.No way-our management is smarter than that-your way would play right into nok/etals hands and we would be dead money for quite a while.Keep your eye on nok/qcom, because that is where the real game is being played,and I believe we will benefit from it.Just because I see it differently from your sue everyone mentality,you make me,in your bizarre logic, a short seller(never shorted a stock in my life).
