Arthritis-I'm sure you are a nice guy and mean well for IDCC,but you can't take every idea from posters here that you disagree with and turn it around that the poster is some how trying to bring down the company.I don't know how many times that I have to tell you,IDCC has been the greatest investment of my life-and I am still long,just not as many shares as before.We will prevail in some fashion,it is my opinion that now is not the time for infringement lawsuits,and contrary to your belief,announcement of lawsuits would NOT be looked upon favorably by wall street.Good Luck!
