Follow, not that I disagree with your sentiment one iota, but the reality is I like a "Virtual" office, for several reasons.
A).It cuts a huge rent debit out of the quarterlies and all the overburden that implied.
B).It eliminates unneeded clerical and equipment (IT) expenses for office.
C). And most importantly, it gets the ass-sitters out of their chairs and on the road drumming up business.
It fits the new profile of a lean mean machine.
Again. No dilution, stock stable.
Hard to quibble.
