The lawsuit will not be dismissed March 22. The hearing for the motions to dismiss and oppositions to the motions to dismiss will be heard. The Judge will sit on it at least 30 days before he/she makes a ruling.

Remember that overlypromotional and hype statements from individuals and companies are illegal. If you feel investors are being "rooked" contact the SEC.
