That said, what cards can they play if Dalian is signed and officially registered?
I agree with Kermit. It's all about Dalian right now. If signed soon:
-- SEC can't blame false PRs about Dalian (delayed, not false)
-- SEC can't claim spam angle (untrue)
They could claim false NOBO PR last Nov, for which we can only hope Larry was truthful and has the report.
With those three ducks lined up, the SEC would be left facing "where are the WMD" questions.
