We're discussing the shares that will emerge from the ONYI merger primarily. We understand that the SSTP shares will be restricted, but there was some speculation as to the fate of our current free-trading USSE shares, and what would become of them.

I'd also be curios to know how the SSTP dividend is going. Are we still expecting it any day?
