I need help with some issues I am having. I just started investing in stocks last week or so. The first place I went to for tips was this page because an experienced investor pointed me in this direction. The first stocks I bought were 10,000 shares of ECFL because one it was cheap and two I thought it would be a good beginners investment. Obviously it was not. Since I am new to this and will have questions as I go I will start with.

Since this is a fraud if you fill out this SEC form that edknows is talking about will they get my money back or is it just basically for the purpose of exposure?

Is there any hope that if I keep these shares that it will turn around by mere chance?

What happens to shares that you have that are not neccessarily worth anything, are you just stuck with them?

I all the people that have shares buy up all the rest will that make the price go up, like a supply and demand type thing?

Is it wrong to agree with the person that is mad at the reporter for being so nosy. Because as I have been reading threw the messages of people that feel my pain. I think that if the reporter would not have nipped this in the butt so soon some of the investors would have been able to get out of this beaking even. Because all the information the reporter had I had but I was just taking the advice of the hype and going with it but at the same time I was reading articles and stuff just to keep up with my investment. The day that I wanted to sell because I seen no hope it was too late because they had been expose and the shares dropped. Had it not been for that exposure I would have at least had the opportunity to get out before, Well what happened. Not trying to place blame but sometimes you don't have to report everything, sometimes we already see it internaly. It doesn't become uncontrolable until someone takes an in-house situation, outside.

Just some thoughts from a Small Timer, but if someone could answer a few of my questions and maybe through me some lessons learned that would help.

Thanks,

Tina
