Ok, serious question here....
If what the latest MN1 article is accurate, and DES COMPLETELY lied about the deal being done, and shareholders lost money on this deal, can DES be sued in a class action/civil suit by all parties negatively affected by the seemingly FALSE press release (according to MN1 and TFT)???? IMO I would think so - anyone know a good class action lawyer??
