A guess.......

We held onto $1 last financing where a lot of
shares traded & the deal was struck at 76 cents.
If we hold the $2's my guess is the deal is struck
at $1.50 for 7 million odd shares giving Wave about
$10.5 million which is the figure quoted in the 10k
i belive needed to take Wave to Sept 04.
Of course i made the numbers fit.........:)
