Lou, surely, if you read the descriptions of those pink sheet companies violations - they ring true and hit home - and, sorry to say, could just as well apply to BD - maybe more to BD than to many of those listed.

As Badrguy referenced some time ago in his own list of Court Exhibits....BD is very much exposed due to their own incessant false PRs.

I guess I won't be jumping back in yet....
