Kermit, if SEC motivation is legit, my guess is that it's the "next week" phenomenon. Either SEC heard about it via shareholder complaints or deduced it from the series of Dalian PRs that span from last summer. They may have even called Larry directly, posing as a shareholder, and gotten the "next week" promise from his lips.

This suspension may also explain why Ron Haller was so tight-lipped last time I called. He may have gotten wind that something was up.
