Is CBAY public or private?

No press release since Feb 20.

They had a conference call on Feb 16 to confirm some terrible news that should have been made public long before that date (and yet they haven't 8k'd the information from that call).

They really run this like a private club. Why don't they go ahead and take it private --- they can have my shares for 10 cents each.

In my opinion it's down to fraud or stupidity. Nobody could be that stupid? Oh wait, I was because I bought this stock. Sorry guys, I was very bullish and have been totally let down by management.

That's why I shifted my focus over to CHNW after the Feb 16 conference call debacle here at CBAY.

Ugh.
