I agree. I don't like it, and I don't think the market will like it. 10:00 explaination should be interesting. I hope they are able to tell us why we should hold and not just come back in a couple years when they might have a market again.
The patent infringement must have been quite blatant. If the case was that bad, why did it get this far?
