I wished all Good luck the other day, I'm still not sure how much good luck we got. I suppose the answer is 50/50. We have lost that near term income the company really needed. However, it was a small population anyway. The real money is in Muscular Distrophy, AIDS, and insulin resistance, but these are years off before revenue can be found.

What is interesting and implicitly woven into the settlement statement is TRCA and DNA's buy opt in ability. This is confirmation of the likely outcome of these future indications. I don't think the market is going to like this news tomorrow, but we must have been facing injunction and future litigation or management would have never taken this deal. It's like cutting off your arm to free yourself from a burning car wreck. Take injury to preserve life and maybe to someday go on to greatness.
