Hey spyderr, it is not definitive, fwiw,
although I think they will on Thursday, imo. Here's an article from last week, you may have already read this:

Bad timing for a Clearwire IPO?
The big sell off in U.S. stocks over the past few days may hurt Clearwire's chances of going public if the spiral continues next week. The Kirkland provider of broadband wireless is on tap to raise more than $500 million in one of the most anticipated public offerings so far this year.

It might not be the best time to go public. The Dow fell 4.2 percent this week, while the Nasdaq -- where Clearwire plans to trade -- lost 5.9 percent.

"With the turmoil in the markets and that article in yesterday's Wall Street Journal, that wasn't terribly positive, it will be interesting to see if they can get out," said Tom Simpson, a venture capitalist at Northwest Venture Associates. "I suspect they will, just based on the power of Craig McCaw and their investors, but the questionable market environment may result in a lower price than they hoped for."

Clearwire wants to price at $23 to $25 per share, but new companies usually don't like to venture into a choppy market where investors are in a selling mood. IPOMonitor says the company may try to price on Thursday.
