For once steel, you and I agree. This company has nothing to offer this alleged AFC. If this technology was SO needed or wanted, GM or Ford would simply purchase the patents for $1B and be done with it, LOL! I love all these numbers like $462M! LOL!! TOO funny. The only part that I don't get is why people here act like it's real. Are they REALLY that stupid, or can they really not admit that it's a momo? There's nothing wrong with admitting it's nothing but a momo, I admitted it numerous times before I sold, big deal, no sense in lying about it except to preserve a little self respect.
There are precisely zero reasons any company that has contracts pending with CA and NY and are showcasing to GM and Ford would want to associate themselves with Desmond, LOL! Remember, before Magnum blew Desmonds last momo, they were supposedly participating in joint drilling projects, LOL!!!
I can't wait to see what company he blindsides this time. Any company that would meet this guy and offer to do a deal wouldn't be worth owning, I mean, he can't even put two coherent sentences together without copying and pasting.
I also find it hilarious that the momo players that showed up in the past couple days are posting Ford articles to their power stroke diesel models like this alleged AFC is part of the design, LOL! How friggin' embarrassing.
Well, I'll see everyone in the morning and my bet is that when this is all said and done that all the newbie momo players here will have made a killing and not a one will stick around long enough to admit to us longs that we were right. It's just a momo and at least some of us have the integrity to admit it!

And for ritzy, why would a company merge with ECFL when they have 1.2B+ AS and nothing to offer but the symbol? Do you think that ECFL would get anything better than maybe 5% (at the absolute most) of the company value? No way. Even if it were real you'd be lucky to get .001 per share. It's just a symbol, and it isn't worth that much. If they were to get any more than that, then this alleged AFC is about as good at negotiations as Desmond is at writing PRs...
