Nothing mysterious or devious about what Stanton is doing. I think he doesn't want pink sheet stocks anymore and is merging into bulletin board companies. When it comes time to seek financing for growth, it is much more difficult to attract capital in pink sheets due to their unaudited financials. Also, many investors are prohibited from buying pink sheet stocks no matter how attractive they may be.
