I too would like to see some signed contracts but those things can't be rushed. USSE needs to make sure the terms are favorable as does the other entity signing the contract. Once we get the first few under our belt, then it should become very easy with the next 100. The bottom line is that USSE/SSTP are in somewhat uncharted territory and setting the groundwork for the future is very important. The USSE chart still looks to me like its ready to rally anytime.
