Lets assume that all they did get is the 3 Million. Then what kind of sense does it make to have a strict NDA in place and keep the settlement terms under wraps? The 3 million has already been disclosed in the initial PR so what would there be to hide? There is more here than meets the eye and I am going to hold until this plays out.
