actually yes....
if you know you're going to use it for something like hamburgers, meatloaf, etc then yes - if you're going to use it for stuff like spanish rice (which i had last night) then you don't
because you don't know which package is going to use for what suet needs to be added so the ground meat will from & stick together - when i had the meat prepared i asked the butcher to put in 10% suet with all the ground meat
