Nostra Terra Oil and Gas completes fundraise as it advances Pine Mills workovers

Helium One CEO on historic Tanzania historic licence award; Jackson-31 well flows gas

Helium One Global Ltd (AIM:HE1, OTCQB:HLOGF) CEO Lorna Blaisse talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the latest developments for the company, including a major milestone in Tanzania and updates on its US drilling campaign. Blaisse discussed receiving an offer letter for a mining licence in Tanzania, highlighting its significance as the first of its kind for helium and its larger-than-standard 480 km² coverage. She explained that this will allow Helium One to further appraise the subsurface structure following its Itumbula discovery. The company is currently reviewing the terms, including regulatory requirements and partnerships with the Tanzanian government. On the US front, Blaisse provided updates on the Jackson-31 well in Colorado, confirming free-flowing helium gas with no water association—an important distinction from the Tanzanian project. The rig is now mobilising to drill Jackson-4, part of a broader development campaign that will see multiple wells drilled in the coming weeks. Blaisse also reaffirmed that Blue Star remains on track for helium production in the first half of 2025. Lavras Gold expands drilling at LDS Project in Brazil, highlights Almeria discovery

Lavras Gold Corp. President & CEO Michael Durose talked with Proactive's Angela Harmantas from the PDAC conference on Toronto about the company’s latest developments at the Lavras do Sul (LDS) Project in Brazil. The company, a gold exploration firm, currently holds around 1 million ounces across two of 24 exploration targets. Durose outlined the key 2024 milestones, including 17,000 meters of drilling across key areas such as Butiá, Fazenda do Posto, and Caneleira. A major highlight was the Almeria discovery, where drilling intersected 56 meters at 1 gram per ton of gold from surface. Looking ahead, Lavras Gold is focused on infill drilling at Butiá to define a potential mineable resource and step-out drilling at Fazenda do Posto to determine the mineralization limits. The company is also conducting metallurgical test work at Butiá, which will later extend to Fazenda do Posto. Rome Resources achieves major milestone with copper mineralisation at Mont Agoma

Rome Resources Plc (AIM:RMR) CEO Paul Barrett talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the latest assay results from drilling at Mont Agoma in the DRC. The company has identified a significant copper zone with potential for tin mineralisation at depth. Barrett highlighted that Hole 18 intersected a 250-meter copper zone, while Hole 24, drilled beneath a previous hole, revealed visible tin mineralisation, supporting their geological model. The CEO explained that all four drill rigs are currently focused on Mont Agoma, with deeper holes underway to further define the mineralisation. He noted that the system appears wider than initially expected, which is an encouraging development. Assays for Hole 24 are still pending, but early visual indications suggest strong tin content. Barrett also provided an update on the company's resource estimates, stating that the maiden inferred mineral resource for Kalayi should be available by the end of March, with Mont Agoma's estimate following within a couple of months.
