Andromeda Metals nears funding milestone for Great White Project

Andromeda Metals Ltd acting CEO Sarah Clarke talked with Proactive about the company's progress on its flagship Great White Project in South Australia. Clarke outlined how the company is nearing a critical funding milestone, having entered into exclusive negotiations with Merricks Capital for a debt financing facility of up to $75 million. FDA approval sees Orthocell’s Remplir enter multi-billion dollar US nerve market

Orthocell Ltd chairman John van der Wielen talked with Proactive about the company receiving FDA clearance for its nerve repair product, Remplir, paving the way for entry into the multi-billion US healthcare market. Krakatoa’s antimony-gold find signals major upside

Krakatoa Resources Ltd chairman Colin Locke talked with Proactive about the company’s newly secured Zopkhito Project in Georgia, which he described as a major opportunity for investors. The project contains a JORC resource of 225,000 tonnes of high-grade antimony at 11% for 26,000 tonnes of metal, translating to a back-of-the-envelope valuation of approximately $1.30 billion based on current prices. Additionally, the project includes 7.1 million tonnes grading 3.7g/t gold for 815,000 ounces, estimated to be worth around $2.50 billion. Locke said, “This is touted to be the sixth biggest antimony project in the world.” The mineralisation is close to surface, and the company believes the resource has strong potential for expansion. He also highlighted the project’s additional gold content as another value driver. He attributed the company’s success in securing the project to its CEO and chief technical officer, Mark Major, whose experience in high-altitude exploration was a key factor for the local vendors. The project’s location in Georgia was described as highly investor-friendly, with a 15% corporate tax rate, no native title or land access complications, and strong support for foreign investment. Locke confirmed that a maiden drilling program is scheduled to begin shortly, with Major heading to Georgia next week to prepare. Nextech3D.ai signs LOI to sell majority stake in Toggle3D.ai securing strategic non-dilutive capital

Nextech3D.ai CEO Evan Gappelberg joined Steve Darling from Proactive to announce a pivotal strategic development for the company. Nextech3D.ai has entered into a Letter of Intent to sell up to an 80% equity interest in its spin-out subsidiary, Toggle3D.ai, to TQG Technologies. The proposed transaction not only transitions Toggle3D.ai into its next phase of evolution under new majority ownership, but also provides Nextech3D.ai with a non-dilutive capital infusion of CAD $610,000, strengthening the company’s balance sheet and strategic flexibility without impacting existing shareholder equity. Gappelberg explained that the transaction will be structured in three tranche wuth TQG Technologies acquireing 11 million shares of Toggle3D.ai for CAD $610,000 in cash. Contingent on the closing of TQG’s capital raise, an additional 5 million shares will be purchased for CAD $276,000. The final stage will complete the 80% acquisition through a combination of share purchases and the vending-in of TQG’s strategic assets into Toggle3D.ai. As part of the agreement framework, a non-refundable deposit of CAD $177,000 will be paid by TQG upon the finalization of the deal’s structure by its management. Further milestone-based payments are scheduled to be completed by August 2025. Additionally, Nextech3D.ai stands to receive a performance-based bonus of CAD $710,000 if TQG successfully closes a financing round of at least USD $5 million by that time.
