Oriole Resources wraps up pivotal 2024, targets major gold milestones in 2025

Oriole Resources PLC (AIM:ORR) CEO Martin Rosser and CFO Bob Smeeton take Proactive's Stephen Gunnion through the company’s latest full-year results and upcoming milestones across its key exploration projects. Rosser highlighted a pivotal year for the company’s Bibemi and Mbe gold projects in Cameroon. At Bibemi, a recently completed phase five drilling campaign is feeding into a revised Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE), expected this quarter. “We believe there's very good potential to not just increase the amount of gold, but also improve the category of the resource,” said Rosser. The company is also advancing an exploitation license application for the project. At Mbe, maiden drilling continues, following trenching results that indicated strong mineralisation. “We think Mbe South has significant potential to host a substantial gold deposit,” Rosser added. Smeeton detailed a £2 million reduction in operating loss and financial support from BCM International. “Since year-end, BCM have given us $1.1 million, largely replenishing CapEx,” Smeeton noted. He also confirmed progress on a joint venture agreement with Managem at the Senala project in Senegal. Rosser pointed to potential sector-wide revaluations driven by high gold prices and possible M&A activity. “Oriole’s shares are significantly undervalued,” he said. Petro-Victory Energy expands in Brazil with transformative partnerships & strategic acquisitions

Petro-Victory Energy Corp CEO Richard Gonzalez joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share key strategic milestones, including new partnerships and acquisitions to strengthen the company’s position in Brazil’s onshore oil and gas sector. The company has entered a strategic partnership with BlueOak Investments to establish a special purpose vehicle (SPV) dedicated to acquiring and developing oil and gas assets across Brazil and Latin America. This partnership combines BlueOak’s financial expertise with Petro-Victory’s operational capabilities to drive sustainable growth. Additionally, Petro-Victory has signed a development agreement with Eneva, one of Brazil’s largest energy operators, securing fully funded commitments for well drilling and seismic exploration. The company also entered a joint venture with ATP, which includes the fully funded drilling of two in-field development wells at the Andorinha Field, along with an option for ATP to acquire interests in Petro-Victory’s assets at pre-determined pricing. The company further expanded its portfolio by acquiring 13 oil-producing fields from Brava Energia S.A., located near existing Petro-Victory concessions. Gonzales reiterated confidence in the company’s long-term strategy, stating, “We have a five-year plan… and we’re very excited about 2025, 2026 and beyond.” Looking ahead, the company’s development plan includes: • A fully funded workover and drilling campaign in the Espirito Santo Basin in 2025. • Full carry on two in-field development wells in the Portiguar Basin in 2025. • Fully funded 3,000-meter gas well and 3D seismic survey to develop the São João Field in 2026. FDA approval sees Orthocell’s Remplir enter multi-billion dollar US nerve market

Orthocell Ltd chairman John van der Wielen talked with Proactive about the company receiving FDA clearance for its nerve repair product, Remplir, paving the way for entry into the multi-billion US healthcare market. The approval marks a significant milestone in Orthocell’s international growth strategy and reflects the strength of its regulatory and clinical capabilities. Van der Wielen emphasised the significance of breaking into the US market in a challenging regulatory environment. “Not many people would have thought with the current US turmoil, a company like ours could achieve FDA clearance,” he said. Ananda Pharma adds former GW Pharmaceuticals executive as strategic advisor, advances MRX1

Ananda Pharma Plc finance director Jeremy Sturgess-Smith talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the appointment of Chris Tovey as a strategic advisor. Tovey brings significant experience from his time as chief operating officer at GW Pharmaceuticals and later Jazz Pharmaceuticals. According to Sturgess-Smith: “He’s going to bring all that experience to Ananda,” helping guide the company through its regulatory path and corporate development. Sturgess-Smith also touched on Ananda securing ethics approval to begin its first human trial of MRX1, a key milestone for the company’s therapeutic pipeline. He noted this was the first ethics approval of its kind for any Ananda trial, with recruitment expected to begin shortly in Australia. “It’s very, very exciting to have that ethics approval in the bag,” he said.
