yes seahag.....
it is cooked to perfection (as if there was any other way out there in the weeds) many times we mix it with a fish that was caught - but, none the less after packing all the meat back to camp from the shooting, gutting, skinning place - sometimes as far out as 5 to 6 miles - almost anything would taste just GREAT
