The company has made a number of submissions to the court trying to secure dismissal thriugh summary judgment. The next scheduled court date, I believe, is March 22.

As I said, they are doing everything they can to stay out of court.

I don't blame them for doing this. If they are able to secure such a judgment it would benefit all of us as shareholders.

I was just pointing out that Bleckman is not on the same line as the company.
