I think companies have an obligation to disclose once they reach a certain percentage of ownership. With their percentage I wouldn't be surprised if they had someone on the board. Is it about acquistion don't know. Suspect it probably doesn't. Most of the time acquistion just turns out to be wishful thinking. JMO
