Where is your proof that Sharp had other offers. No real company is going to use a hijacked shell to go public.

It has been over 3 years and Sharp hasn't accomplished anything of value for the SRNW shell.

There isn't any reason for it to take 3 years to find a private company for a reverse merger. If Sharp brings in a company it will be like the garbage he brought into FORW.

"He's had other offers. Obviously he's waiting for the right fit and as a shareholder I want to have the right fit to. I don't want a shitty merger so I'll wait."
