We now know they are Independent Board Members, which it did not sate in the Supplemental Disclosure document, and that most often means they are not officers or will be officers... they will have voting power and as Independents are not obligated to follow the lead of the company officers... My hope is we get, when the PR(s) start to come out a COO and a CFO who come on board thru a possible merger or acquisition... Those two appointments would give the stock more credibility then its had since the day the acquired OneMind Technology
