good post, very interesting thought, nice to see someone coming back with this open thinking as to the reason... I would not rule this idea out also... so now we have a real second idea as to the gagged .... but that will be hopefully resolved in early april this year... lets hope that isn't delayed anymore and this can be settled or if this is the other reason we could wait even longer for the release of the financials and the ungagging.... that would frustrate any real strong pps upward movement until resolved .... I think if the company believes the pit is a cash cow then doing whatever it takes to put this issue behind us in a settlement is more important for us as shareholders and the company than anything now.... pay them off in my opinion.... greenmail you could call it possiblibly, could that be what those guys are trying to do to pbls, but in the betterment of all, just settle this before the dice rolls in court.... that is the best possible situation.... in court it is always a jump ball for sure... all in my opinion....
