Since the PBLS vs Lessee dealings are like a highly contested divorce case (who gets custody of the pit?) wouldn't it be highly advisable (as in any divorce case) to keep your true assets hidden from the other party? Perhaps PBLS is holding off on the audited financials until they are successfully through the key portions of this legal battle, so as to not entice their opponent even further into litigation or increasing their opponent's demands? I'd be doing my best if I were PBLS to make my account look pretty depleted, perhaps not filing audited financials gives them some legal protection in that regard? Just speculating, as I say, I'm no expert. But if true, could these court dates and decisions be the key driver as to when audited financials finally appear?
