Real, read this post I posted earlier, this was explained to me by Tom G. the CEO, I can't explain it any better than that, you can call the company if you want to verify my post. It sucks what they are doing, but what can we do except live with it until AG pro is closed? I also posted earlier that I had heard that Michelex tried to pay-off Cornell recently so they couldn't sell any more convertibles and Cornell being the greedy SOB's they are wanted an extra 25% tacked on to let Michelex pay them off with cash, hopefully they can agree to something soon.
