Snuggs i think you are overplaying this. Give me the evidence of this Cornell placement please.

I don't feel like wasting hours of my time looking for it, i'd appreciate a link to the SEC document showing the payment of these shares. PR is acceptable i suppose. But i'd like to see it somewhere. It should show in one of the 10Q filings.
