You cant do a two sample t test without having two groups. All you could really say with one sample (you) is that there is a trend. If you had ten or so people you could use randomization tests which would be much better.

FYI, there is alot of literature on Resveratrol goung back quite a bit. A good article is by Jang et al, (1997) Science 275: 218-220.
