OT: ecmorgan, I was testing a hypothesis of differences of two means. I did have two groups of data: all my readings prior to resveratrol and all my readings post resveratrol. This wasnt a clinical trial of many people, but rather a test to see if there was a significant difference between my two testing periods, which I showed there was. After researching the statistical method I used, I do believe that I am correct in using a two sample t test. I am not claiming that resveratrol lowers blood pressure, but rather that there is a significant difference between my blood pressure from 3 months ago to my blood pressure now and that I was on resveratrol during the time it dropped. Anyway, whether I am right or wrong, doesnt really matter I guess..
