Philux Global Funds SCA, SICAV-RAIF is a Luxembourg-registeredumbrella bank fund to be organized with multiple sub-fund compartments as “Reserved Alternative Investment Funds” in accordance with the Luxembourg Law of July 23, 2016 relative to reserved alternative investment funds, Law of August 23, 2016 relative to commercial companies, and Modified Law of July 12, 2013 relative to alternative investment fund managers.
The first compartment will be “Philux Global Select Growth Fund” designed toprimarily focus on select growth investment opportunities in Vietnam. These selectinvestment programs include theAsia Diamond Exchange in Vietnam to be organized after the successful models of major international diamond exchanges such as Antwerp Diamond Exchange, Dubai Diamond Exchange and Israeli Diamond Exchange. This will be a unique, first-ever rough, polishedand lab-grown diamond exchanges in the Asian hemisphere to be situated in a Multi-Commodities Center within a Free-Trade Zone like the Dubai Multi-Commodities Centre.
Other select projects consist of well-vetted opportunities in the energy, real estate, agriculture and healthcare sectors in Vietnam such asthe expansion of Tin Thanh Group https://tinthanhgroup.vn/en/), strategic alliance with DRC Joint Stock Company(https://drc.com.vn/), Smart-tire leasing program with Tin Thanh Group and DRC JSC, acquisition of majority interest in PetroVietnam Marine Shipyard JSC (https://www.pvshipyard.com.vn/), establishment of a refinery in Central Vietnam, construction and operation of the logistics industrial zone near Long Thanh International Airport, Dong Nai Province, development of the 1,300-ha Go Gang Island Urban Center in Ba Ria Vung Tau Province, investment in the Cai Mep Ha Seaport project, growing sorghum for food and energy, and participating in manufacturing of medical supplies and healthcare services, etc.
