No news. All we have is the effect of the past.

Any positive movement will take momentous news and a series of momentous press releases that can be verified. We have had nothing but empty promises up to this point.

I wouldn't be surprised if it went down to 5 cents at this point. It's a classic miscalculation on Barry's part. I believe he is doing what he can, but saving it all up and doling out news later is not the way to handle this situation. We need transparency, even for the ugliness that is being dealt with.

Same with the lawsuit. Some kind of statement would have been nice. It doesn't matter what you or I think. We already bought our shares. It matters if new money is going to come in. For that, we need to get rid of these clouds of doubt and guessing.
