There's a lot of detail in the actual complaint, and I don't see anything there about ENZC itself, JMHO. However, ENZC might be looking for new management soon (JMHO) and maybe that's an opening for a CCC comeback in some form. Maybe this is what CCC was alluding to in one of those conversations with Docsetc?

This complaint is all about people and transactions involved with "old ENZC" and the common stock allocated to Harry Z's Trust as a result of the merger with BioClonetics. The primary exception to those pre-merger activities is the sale of the 231 million common shares the Z Trust was represented to have received as a result of the merger, and when it suddenly disappeared just a couple of months after the merger, it was presumed to have been distributed to Dannie, the Trust's beneficiary. I remember thinking and commenting at the time that the disappearance of that stock was highly suspicious, especially since it was supposed to be a restricted stock. In fact, all of the stock the complaint identifies is described as unrestricted, however I believe I'm correct that most if not all of the stock associated with those "transactions" were listed as restricted in the company's quarterly and annual filings. The complaint doesn't address that issue.
