Yes. The Q3 figures will be released in Q4, what I meant was everything will unfold in Q4 like Q3 financials including Delex, my guess is they will be audited through either YE 2023, or to July 2024, name and ticker change, management change, uplist and maybe even a dividend.

Per management:

“Right now all parties are busy on the docs / transfer process / expansion plans etc. at the same time.”

Delex float worth less than $500,000 here. It won’t be down here much longer imo.
