Good News for NWBO's Settlement Prospects
Time out....wait just a damn minute.
10 months ago I talked about a settlement being a good result and this board bashed me. Said no way NWBO settles. They're taking the big bad MM's to court and hitting them where it hurts. Hoffy boy himself guaranteed Laura Posner was not going that route.
Luckily, Laura Posner is NWBO's attorney, not an anonymous ihub message board poster. She is licensed, knows what she is doing and has a track record of success to back it up. I can guarantee you that Posner is taking the exact opposite approach to this case as what you have spelled out here. They are preparing and approaching this case as if it's going to trial. Posner's job is to maximize the value of this case. You don't maximize the value by taking the first peanut tossed your way.
Now here we are in late 2024 and Hoffy boy posts about 'good news for NWBO's settlement prospects'. And this board loves it. Y'all gotta explain this to me.
