What should be happening is just like it happens in real life--a company makes schedules and when those schedules slip, they say why the schedules are slipping. USSE gives little in the way of schedules and certainly nothing indicating why there may be delays. Everything is just 'as it may or may not happen' with USSE.

Unfortunately, USSE is only accountable to their shareholders who are too timid to say anything and simply explain away anything that doesn't go to plan. The 'communications expert' from the company comes here and thrashes everyone here and everyone just takes it. That's pretty lopsided.
