…ok i waited a month and monitoring the dilution, only about 30 mil diluted in the last month……that had about 550 million in volume in that time…the OS went up 45 mil, but the DTC actual Float only 30 mil…. Here are the SS screenshots ive done in this time…….then .see chart below to see the volume bars….:





















Because like you or any of us, we don’t wanna be dumped on w hundreds of millions of shares ….but a little dilution there has been here though with high volume …of about 5% of the OS:

…so I am back in ….as the last post here on this board I did about a month ago was after that one smaller block of dilution ……but no dilution since then….. So I was patient for four weeks I bided my time and I monitored share structure……so good to see,

This little dilution can be justified in of course any stock from Apple to EMED as its why companies go public…. But we are not talking about a 2 billion or 5 billion outstanding shares here… We are talking less than 700 million which ain’t nothing in the OTC…and if they are about to come out with a major new product and probably need some funds to make it ship it pay sales people, etc. and etc.

..but… Let’s not forget what they’ve been working for years for…

Wellness Pro Infinity….the newest, best in world all in one electro therapy machine. Cost $4,000 each. In January non-opioid treatments for pain like this also will be paid for or discounted through health insurances under new U.S. law that will greatly support companies like EMED…..as our country has opioid crisis….so this Fall could be huge into next year for EMED if they dont kill it w dilution...

Also and most excitingly for us here…they are supposed to finally ship the Wellness Pro Infinity THIS September or October….and……big Lionheart Health already bought initially $450,000 ….of the first ones to be shipped….and 200 medical sales team will also start selling it everywhere.

The last part of the last PR in August spells it all out…and w such a low OS and Float stock….well the market cap is a TINY $419,000 today …that is LESS then their upcoming first order from LionHealth lol….sooooo indervalued and NOTHING can run big like biotech stocks. IF we get PR about sales finally happening soon…..or tweet….anything good to great could happen as we are still in Trip Z:
