Connelly's addition to the BOD suggests growth to me. His appointment will include an employment/salary package as opposed to being an Independent Director which generally only offers a few shares and stock options. Connelly's background is quite impressive and we know from history that Lightwave doesn't invite "Rookies" to join the team. IMHO, Lightwave isn't the shell-game that some of the Trolls suggest. Why would they bring in A-Team members if their goal is Golden Parachutes on the way out the door? Increasing overhead in that scenario just doesn't make sense. There are two big international conferences and a Q due over the next couple of months. We might see some catalysts out of those activities. With that said, I don't anticipate real, rewarding growth for investors for a couple more years, but I'm pretty certain it WILL happen.
